From a £20k HR Administrator to a £200k HR Director, Oasis Search is well placed to identify, approach and secure the best available talent in the market.

We focus and concentrate on what we do best; finding market leading talent. From HR generalists through to specialists within Internal Recruitment & Talent, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Compensation & Reward, OD & Change, Diversity and Shared Services, our candidate attraction strategies enable us to target the passive candidate market. These strategies have been developed as historically the best available talent tends not to be actively looking, the emphasis is on us to find them.
