We are a rapidly expanding enterprise, always looking for graduates and experienced HR Recruiters who can demonstrate expertise in their particular field combined with excellent client communication and team working skills.
Our consultants do not engage in cold calling or new business development, its all about delivering a world class recruitment service to our clients. All of our client development and engagement is managed through our networking events. Typically we are invited to become a supplier having built a trusted and mutually beneficial relationship at HR Director, or Head of Recruitment level. The attitude, ability and professionalism of our employees significantly sets Oasis Search apart from other suppliers.
