1) Feedback within 48 working hours of receiving your application; confirming receipt of your CV and the next steps in regards the specific role you have applied for.

2) As you progress to short-listing stage you will have personal contact with a consultant to take you through our detailed qualification process; understanding not only the basics but the real reasons and motivations behind your job search

3) Honesty - if we have feedback we'll tell you, if we haven't we'll tell you. If we haven't got any suitable roles, we'll tell you and if we have, well, we'll tell you.

To further cement this Charter, we ensure that our client base is aware of our commitment and agrees to provide feedback in a timely fashion.
