Since conception in December 2008 the group has rapidly grown to nearly 300 members and expanded from its origins in London to holding regional events, hosted by its members across the UK. Members include HR Directors, Heads of Resourcing and Staffing Directors from the UK’s most prestigious companies.
Each event is limited to 12-15 participants to ensure a high degree of interaction amongst the group. This creates an open discussion environment rather than a more traditional conference, typically associated with this style of event. This ensures all participants gain answers and insights into the particular questions and issues affecting them and their respective businesses. Members typically attend two to three events per year enabling them to build their personal networks and brand.
