04 May 2012 Rob first spoke to me when I was happily employed. He didn't try to push me to go to an interview with a client that he had a job for but might not suit me, but listened to exactly what I do and exactly what motivates me - which was very refreshing. He managed to get me my job at ServiceNow and for that I am forever grateful. I would definitely recommend Robert to any of my previous colleagues and contacts in Recruitment. A rare gem in Rec2Rec.
20 Jan 2012 Jeremy was very focussed when delivering talent for my team. I was looking for something more than a recruiter could decipher from a CV and he delivered the traits and behaviours required in the talent he brought to Sky. It illustrated to me that he knows his market and is respected in this field. Recruiters are notoriously fickle and difficult to manage through the recruitment process and he also illustrated strong candidate management skills by holding the interest of some exceptional talent through a protracted search. He would be my first choice when sourcing for my team again – providing we had exhausted our own networks. In fact, I would trust him if I were back on the market looking. A good and trusted partner.
